A top-25 nonprofit policy-based think tank shaping the future of technology and data to advance people, planet, and peace.

Led the Fellows program and advised the Center Director via coaching and training around change management, project leadership, and team protocols.

 

  • Program Governance: Managed the Fellows program including recruitment, engagement, interviewing, and onboarding. Expanded the program by 200% to include subject matter experts in key focus areas.

  • Organizational Training: Advised Program Director in the organizational transformation process and implemented agile change management initiatives, including project management tools, effective systems, and virtual team training.

  • Project Management Process Implementation: Developed organizational structure analysis, project plans, and process implementation strategies to support Center Director in the execution of 80+ projects in 2022.

A series of story-based leadership workshops and coaching cohorts for business leaders who want to incorporate their values into their brand to build confidence and increase impact. 

Designed a leadership workshop using the story mapping process for business leaders to develop a brand identity and grow their portfolio of clients.

VACASA
The largest vacation rental management company in North America, working with key partners like Airbnb and VRBO.

Responsible for training and leading the new Agent Services team during a fast growth period of expansion to new markets across the US.

 

  • Instructional Design: Designed a distinctive designation course for a diverse, globally distributed audience leading to a certification in vacation homes.

  • Leadership and Training Development: Conducted a needs assessment to design and lead an in-person training curriculum for Agent Services Team to define goals and cultivate individual strengths. Team exceeded 2019 revenue expectations by 20%.

  • Evaluation and Performance Metrics: Established key metrics to increase real estate partnerships and revenue. Partner Network grew by 300% and became the #1 revenue driver for the real estate department.

PDX HIVE

A family-owned and operated residential energy company providing exceptional customer service by educating clients and partnering strategically with local affiliates and service providers.

Launched and led the new training program, HIVE Academy, adding a new series of development classes for continuing education credit. 

 

  • Workshop Design and Facilitation: Served as a Continuing Education Provider for HIVE Academy, the education arm for real estate agents; taught over 65 Home Energy Score classes, developed webinars and co-hosted development classes to hundreds of brokers in partnership with title representative, resulting in a 100% increase in sales and realtor partners.

  • Partnership Growth: Developed strategy for Preferred Partner Program to provide exclusive benefits, marketing collateral, and outreach to repeat realtor clients.

  • Program Governance: Implemented local marketing and outreach strategy, identifying four new strategic partners and developing a strong reputation for knowledge and leadership in the community.

Teachers Test Prep is the nationwide leader in credentialing online test preparation, specializing in targeted video tutorials and in-person classes for aspiring teachers.

Managed current relationships with institutions and cultivated new partnership opportunities.

  • Marketing Strategy: Developed outreach strategy and corresponding marketing materials for prominent education partners, including including University of Southern California, Los Angeles Unified School District, and Pepperdine University. 

  • Partnership Development: Managed customer pipeline from inquiry to close of sale, with consistent follow-up, resulting in 27 new partners and 54 partner leads
